Hi All,

I noticed that Hauppague has an add on rca input connector,
that connects to a header on the card.

What I was wondering is if I could add a security camera to that port
and capture live video using a program other than GBPVR.

My cable will be connected via the coax. When GBPVR is running
does it always have control of the card or is it just when it is actually
doing capture?

ie. Can two programs access two different ports, one at a time?

GB-PVR doesnt hold onto the devices when not recording, so you're free to use them in other applications between recordings.
