Is there a place I am missing in these forums where people rate and talk about the pros and cons of each piece of hardware? Not on an instance by instance basis, but more like a sticky category for each of the following:

Mobos
CPUs
Video Cards
Capture Cards
HDTV Tuner Cards *** this is what I'm really interested in immediately
HDD
etc.

There could even be a top 10 list for each piece of hardware that would allow one to easily select great components for their new pvr builds.
