In config, set the number of servers to autostart to equal the number of MVP's that you have.
Plug in the MVP, ensure that there's a DHCP service available to give it an IP address, your router will probably do this.
You might want to install the Hauppauge software just to confirm everything is up and running but then just stop the Hauppauge services and let gbpvr autostart a gbpvr.exe instance for the MVP.
That's all there is to it.
