This device lacks the hardware MPEG2 encoder that is required by GB-PVR.
does GB-PVR need Hardware MPEG2, but what is about Software MPEG2?

Software Encoders are not supports by GB-PVR. Some people have gotten software encoder cards to work with this plugin. I tried for a month and couldn't get it working; as my signature indicates.
