In my area the DVB-T signal is distributed on cable at channel S21, 303,50 MHz.

Can anyone confirm (or the opposite) that the HVR-1300 will recieve digital on that frequency

Oh I forgot.

The swedish Hauppauge homepage says that HVR-1300 does softpvr when recording analog, but the german page says hardpvr. Which is true ?

My understanding is the HVR-1100 does software encoding for analog, and the HVR-1300 does hardware encoding for analog.
