Hi

I have problems when playing a recorded show. I can record other shows from this channel, but this show allways fails and the MVP will reboot. The show plays OK on the PC. I think I have tried with at least 10 different recording of this show. The show is "Dage, der ændrede verden" could it be that the Danish nationat character æ is a problem?

I seem to remember another user having this problem in the past. I'm guessing short filename support are disabled on your system for some reason. They're needed if for GB-PVR on the MVP.

I'm not sure exactly where you check this, or how you reenable it.

The trouble was the lack of support for short file names.

Most likely due to that the only XP disk with SP2 was processed with nLite.
My 40 Gb system disk died and was replaced by a 250 Gb, and the original Xp only supports 137 Gb, so I grabed the nLite version with SP2.

I hope that this cures some other odd things that happens with my MVP.
