I have this tool (here http://www.cask-of-amontillado.com/pvr_tweak.html) that can tweak the input on the PVr150, 350 and 500 cards. Now this tool is GOOD and works very well as most times the card never records at the correct settings, move a few sliders for 30 mins with this and GREAT.
Heres the question, will this work with a HVR 1300 card?? anyone use it already???
