It lacks the required hardware MPEG2 encoder to work with the built in card support.
If you're lucky might be able to get it to work with this plugin: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=2753, but its not supported by me.

eh i think ill just have to find something else that work with my card know if anything off the top of ur head
