Full Version: How should I set up for ATI HDTV100 (USB)

This USB device looks a lot like the Pinnacle PCTV USB stick device. It comes bundled with its own software, which is not so great. How should I set up GBPVR to work with this device? Any suggestions?

Here is the mfg site:

I am new to this, so please forgive me.

Thanks.

Everett
I've not heard of anyone using this specific device, but if its got BDA drivers, then it should work, but will probably require a new section added to the bda.ini file with the appropriate names for this card.
Unfortunately, the mfg site and documentation say nothing about BDA drivers. Do most ATI TV oproducts have BDA drivers? If so, what should I add to the ini file and where in the ini file? Thanks for the help!
Some info on creating this section can be found here: http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Hardw...aptureCard

Most devices have BDA drivers these days. If you cant find these items it refers to in that wiki page, then you can safely assume it doesnt have BDA drivers.
It's really not an ATI card. It was developed by Diamond Multimedia before ATI got them. I beleive it has BDA drivers from looking at the ini file
