A warning to others.

I just tried updating my mame from 0.111 to 0.116 and all the games I tried failed, they just returned back to GBPVR.

When I tried the same command line that GBPVR was using from a command prompt each game complains that some files are missing from the romset, I tried them again from 0.111 using the same romsets and they worked fine.

I will continue to try and get to the bottom of it, this is just information for others.

If someone has already solved the issue or is a mame expert then please comment

Mame 0.116 does work!

Its just many of my romsets now fail the verify rom test (missing files)

from your mame directory run the following command:

mame -verifyroms > verify.txt

check the output file verify.txt and all the romsets marked as good should work fine.

i couldnt get mame to work, have same verison, tried and then gave up to try later. will look at it again
