New features include

Conflict Resolution screen like recording.

Manual Recording box. You can push FF and RW to move the time ahead 1 hour instead of 10 minute increments.

You can use the onscreen keyboard to set the name prefix.

This is going to have an obvious answer but how do you get to the manual recording box

When you start up xrecord you should see a box on your left called manual. If you are a MVP user move to it and hit OK.

If you are a pc user move using the arrows and hit enter..

Oooppss, sorry. I unzipped the plugin to the wrong directory and was still using an older version.
