thought i'd write a quick success post rather than stating something doesn't work...

added a 1TB samsung disk for my videos/music etc.
(if you're uk - aria selling cheap here)
so needed to relocate stuff including recordings.
exported them, moved them with robocopy (still don't trust vistas explorer copy)
edited the recordings-dump.xml with new drive letter
imported
all sweet
very nice when something just works!

I just did something very similar. Didn't think to edit recordings-dump, so went through SQL hell to edit drive letters. Maybe easier next time. Thanks for the tip.
