Fixed. multiple paths on Xtra Emulators now working.
Added some additional error checking for rom paths being configured.
Added support for ePSXe version 1.70
Added Support for LCDSmartie, provides the emulator and the game being played
Fixed Mame Database to exclude non runnable files this includes BIOS files.
Fixed support of images with .png extension, supports png and jpg in that order.
