I'm trying to play an AAC encoded internet radio station. The PCH buffers and returns to the GBPVR screen (I have no-nmt-gui enabled) where I can see the artist / song info, so it appears to be "playing"correctly, but I have no sound.

The PCH is playing everything through teh coax digital out, and I have "digital raw" selected as my playback for AAC in teh audio setup.

Has anyone else run into this? Any fixes?

Merry Christmas, and happy holidays to all!
Marc

I had a look at the Radio Paradise site and noticed that they they have AAC and AAC+ feeds. Only 64k AAC+ works for me.

As for your amp unless it can process aac internally you need to set it up as PCM output not raw.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

I tried the 128k AAC stream again and this one does work today, http://stream-ny2.radioparadise.com:8018 so it might have been a max users problem yesterday.
