New version does not require the use of weather2.XmlSerializers.dll. Please delete this file if it still exists after you install V1.1.1.3.
There was only one bug fix in V1.1.1.3, so if you are using V1.1.1.2 and things are working for you, then you might as well stay with it.

- I was able to get a couple users (thanks Jaggy and leaded1), to use some beta builds to get the NMT/MVP devices working a little more stable. I believe it is working well. (Update at Startup is not available for NMT/MVP devices. Weather data only updates at plugin activatation for NMT/MVP devices.)
- Fix for regional date formats that begin with the year.
- Fix for no Canada or International Satellite Maps.
- Fix for alert scraping in US locations.
