Full Version: New NMT Install - Goofy Display

I am probably just having some horrible search-fu right now, but I looked everywhere and can't find a solution to my problem.

I just installed an NMT in place of a MVP. GBPVR starts up just fine, but the display is HUGE! The display is all out of proportion (background image vs. text vs. date) and is massive like a large print book or something similar. The menu works just fine with the MVP, but not the NMT. I have played around with the settings in the NMT Setup, TV section such as Zoom and can't fix it. I have tried the blue skin and it does the same thing.

Any ideas? (I am sure it is probably something simple, but my brains have left me for the evening. Big Grin )
Post the output from the NMT Syntax check sticky, and I will have a look.

Thanks Martin, here it is:

It's the same thing I told steeb earlier tonight. You have configure config.xml to run 1280x720 but you are using an NTSC monitor. Change config.xml to

MVPWidth 600
MVPHeight 536
MVPOffsetX 20
MVPOffsetY 20

I don't see mpvmc share configured on your NMT I assume you haven't got that far yet.

Martin
That was it! My apologies for not looking around the forum a little better. As far as the share, I hadn't configured it yet, but just did. So, that is taken care of.
Don't apologize, it's a common mistake but easy to diagnose. At one time GBPVR adjusted to the setting from mvpmcx2, I will have to bug sub to get that back in.
