Can't complete channel scan without crashing with Hauppauge 1600HVR and Windows XP Professional. Saw a previous thread with the same issue unresolved in 06/10 in the forums. Doesn't any one have an answer?

Where do I find the logs? I don't find any in the NPVR folder.
I can never remember the path on XP. Its something like "c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\npvr\logs".
