Quick question for sub/anyone else who was already running 1.5.36 and upgraded to 2.0.3 - what's the proper procedure for upgrading? Uninstall old version first or just run new installer over the top of the old install? Are capture source configurations retained from version to version?

You should just be able to run the 'Stop NPVR' shortcut from your existing install, run the new installer and it'll do an in-place upgrade. You capture source and configuration should be retain. As extra insurance, you could backup your npvr.db3 and config.xml before starting.
