Hi,

I'm not able to set up a channel changer executable for my HD-PVR (for firewire channel changing via timmoore firestb drivers). When I set up the executable with a path and arguments, the setting does not "stick" and is not there when I come back to the capture source.

You probably need to modify your npvr.db3 database and also update with the patch as outlined in this thread.
