I have a tv tuner installed on a client pc but I don't see a way to use it in client mode. I would like to use the tuner only for live tv. That way it doesn't take up one from the server.

Sorry, it doesnt work that way. When you're configured as a client it'll only use tuners from the server PC.

Oh well.. Feature request. I'm sure i'm not the first one.
