We went through stage 1 of the digital upgrade this week and I am now unable to locate BBC1 and BBC2 when rescanning the freeview channels.
Assistance would be appreciated

Try setting it to 'all countries / all regions'
Used Hauppauge scan utility to locate frequencies which were as follows :-
Frequency (As Locked) = 730166kHz
Frequency of Parent Transmitter = 730167kHz
Network/Region Name = Oxon & Bucks .
Freeview Multiplex = Mux 1

and then did a manual scan in NPVR 730000 to locate channels.
After DSO is completed you can edit the Oxford.ini file in your NPVR data directory under tuning\dvb-t\ with the new mux frequencies. If you need to do a rescan you can select "UK All Regions" but it will take much longer as there is 48 frequencies to check and you may end up picking up channels from other regions instead.
