It's also sold under Yuan Expresscard Analog TV Tuner. I bought this and it's working fine with Sagetv but I only have the trial version of Sagetv and apparently one can't buy new licenses. I installed Nextpvr but no devices show up in the device selection area of settings. Thanks for any info on either making my card work with this program or an alternative program to use with XP to record tv shows off analog cable. I would also be happy to use Titantv to set up my schedule for recording.
First of all you must install the SoftPVR components (search for it in the forums) for any analog card to work, and the card must be defined in AnalogDevices.xml (in npvr's data directory).
Run Filtercheck.exe (found under npvr's program directory) and zip and post Filtercheck.log here, someone will help you with the lines that needs to be added to AnalogDevices.xml

I really couldn't figure out what to do with wintv7_cd_2.4d and SoftPVR_32bit. I received a number of error messages when I ran SoftPVR_32bit. Wintv7 also stopped installing when it couldn't find the hardware it was looking for. I'm pretty green in dealing with inner settings like these. Thanks for further info.

Given that missing System.Data.SQLite error message though, it sounds like some is screwed with your install, so you might need to reinstall.
