I am not sure if this is a PCH or a NPVR issue, but I have been getting an issue with slowdowns / lockups on very long movies (2.5~3 hrs). I use comskip and was wondering if it has issues with that?

The logs hopefully show an issue while watching the Da Vinci Code. I had to end up stopping it, going upstairs, viewing with VLC for a few secs then going back to the show. This happened about 5 times, all towards the end of the show.

The logs don't really go back far enough to see what the problem was and unfortunately a 2.5-3 hour test is too much for me to try to test. I can't think of any constraints that might impact this, my internal structure for Timing.Info is about 5-6 hours, the file size of under 6GB is not a problem, an HD one hour recording can easily be larger, and I have played LiveTV overnight so 3 hours isn't a problem. Make sure your NMT gets enough airflow, I know you use the USB and I find a USB drive can get too hot to touch. which might cause trouble over time.

Make sure you have the current mvpmcx2 from here (to be on the same version I am) http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...post424150 and if you are able to capture specific logs I will be happy to look again.

Actually I have no USB harddrive, just a USB Stick for startmeup.
