Time to time it happens that the Recording Srvice hangs so my wife and son miss their preferite shows (belive me this is a big trouble for a poor man like me :p).
Thes are my Logs. I do hope you can suggest ma a sulution.
What time did you notice it hung? I had a quick glance at the logs, but couldnt see an obvious sign of when the problem happened.
It looks to me like it happened at the end of the nrecord.log.1, just after it started recording "Castle - Detective tra le righe" at 20:55; this was RecordingOID 1659. There was another recording, OID 1489, scheduled to start at 21:01, but that never started. The next NRecord.log shows it starting up again at 1:29am the next morning, where it marks 1659 and 1489 "failed".
It happens to my wife as well, I restart the recording service every so often to try and avoid it but it does not always keep me out of hot water when it's her soaps.
I can attach logs the next time if they're wanted.
