Hi,

We have problem with the inset video on the main menu when I close my tv and after a couple of minute I turn it on. The inset video is active on the main menu. When I try to change to the full screen mode the nPVR software froze and we need to restart nPVR.

Where is the setting to disable this function or do you have solution to fix the problem.

We have an hauppauge wintv2250
on AMD ATHLON x2. 2 ghz.
Windows 7 64 bits
npvr last version

Thanks,
Regards,

Goldorak
I dont really follow you. What are the exact steps to reproduce this?
Hi Sub,

Thanks for the fast response.

1- I open the tv and listen any channel in full screen mode.
2- I change the input on my tv to listen a Blu-Ray or anything else.
3- after I change the input to my tv to go back to watch the tv.
4- at the screen I'm at the main menu with video inset activate my skin is default horizontal.
5- I try to change in full screen mode with my hauppauge remote I'm unable.
6- if I go in TV guide mode the TV guide display with video inset on then bottom left corner.
7- the only solution I found it close nPVR with my remote and turn on again.

With my another nPVR with the same version we don't have this problem.

Thanks

It sounds like something you're doing in step 2 is somehow sending a IR signal that is the same as the 'home' key from your remote, so NextPVR does would it'd normally do on the home key and switch to inset mode. This is most likely caused by two different remotes having some clash (ie, using the same IR codes).

To fix you'd probably have to either fix the remote clash (probably not easy), or delete the following like from your KeyMappings.xml:

<Key code="Home" command="Home/Inset"/>
You might also consider disabling Windows Media Center it may be conflicting.
Control Panel>Programs and Features>Turn Windows Features on or off>expand "Media Features">uncheck "Windows Media Center"
hi guys,

same problem after remove the line in keymapping and disable media center option.

now we have the nPVR application crash.

thanks,
