The last few days I have started having a problem getting one of my regular feeds, I noticed in the logs it has
"The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden." & yet if I copy & paste the feed direct from my feeds.xml into the address for FireFox the page displays fine??

The site requires a nonempty user-agent request header which is empty by default in .net.
Try this fix.

I did finally get motivated to do (which I have been meaning to do for ages) an updated default skin for RSS Reader that you can include it in the next update on the wiki if you want.
