Hello all,

I have spent last 4 hours messing with my new instal of NPVR but still can not make Live TV to work. I have searched forums for hints and tricks but have not suceeded.
Basically, I am running Win7 x64 Ultimate with NextPVR 3.1.1 patched to R1a
Device (TBS 6928 DVB-S2 receiver) is detected just fine, I can configure and tune all channels as expected. Also EPG works.
I have installed DX9 runtime, SAF6.2.2, disabled firewall completelly, I am launching NPVR under administrator account. In order to exclude HW or signal issue I have installed and tested MediaPortal, works all right.
Still whenever I select Live TV in NPVR , all I get is black screen and no audio. Afer about 8 secs I get this "Tuner you were using was required for recording, would you like to switch watch recording or exit back to menu" error message. I have no recordings set at all and the only option in this message window listed is infact to "Exit back to menu".
At this time, new 0 lenght .ts file is created in C:\Temp directory. This directory has full access controll right assigned to everyone.
Logs attached.
Please help me to get NPVR running.
looks like something to do with decoders. post a screenshot of your Settings->Decoders screen.

If you try a recording, which is a simpler case than live tv, do you get a non-zero byte file?

I get 0 byte lenght files too Sad
Temp folder screenshot atached. Appearently it now contains crash dump file of some king too (crash.mdmp)
It sounds like your device is delivering no data, unfortunately I'm not sure why.
Is there anything you guys could suggest me to try and/or investigate?
I have went through logs again to see if I find some clue, and I have realised there are following errors shown:

Do you think any of those could be fixed easily?
None of those need to be worried about, and won't be the cause of your problem.

If you reboot, then do a recording, does even this very first use of the device end up with a zero byte file?
Yes, it does apparently.
