Full Version: problem with how IGL is naming files
You're currently viewing a stripped down version of our content. View the full version with proper formatting.
hey all,

I am running IGL manually to catch up on a few shows, and for "The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That!" it is not naming the files by season, but instead by date. Here's my log. Also, the nfo option doesnt work after rename and subtitle.

That is because it is a daily show

2014-03-23 00:06:52.962 [DEBUG][1] Using daily renaming rules

and that is how it is marked on thetvdb That should be the correct syntax for XBMC too

Martin
ok, thank you for the help. I don't think it is really a daily show, but I will try and work with it.
You could ask on the thetvdb forum to see about changing it, that is outside my control, You could fake it by editing the master xml file in Plugin\Searchlite\Series if it is an issue. The thing is the will end up with the dual episode naming conventions

Your example would be .S01E07E08.

So I checked it out, curious george, which is also marked daily, comes up with all episodes. this show, cat in the hat, still only shows two out of the six i have recorded in xbmc/tv shows (everything is seen in videos/files). any suggestions?
I enabled the nfo option, and it picked it up in xbmc tv shows. that should work for now. thank you for your help. can i donate somewhere?
