Help.

I am trying to setup NextPVR With Kodi, and am suffering a number of annoying issues.

a) When running Kodi NextPVR Client I keep getting error - No PVR Clients have been started yet.
- The web server is running and on IE this works find http://127.0.0.1:8866
- I can see guide and view programs.
- I have correctly configured the NextPVR client, but it will not connect ???
What am I doing wrong?

b) I cannot get the webserver to run on Chrome.
the application/x-vlc-plugin seems to be an invalid plugin?
How can I fix this?



I have windows 8.1
Running lasted NextPVR (3.4.8)
Running latest Kodi (15.0)

b) I have an answer, Chrome now does not support NPAPI plugins, so I have to use another browser - see https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=125508

Has anyone got a) working, if so can anyone help what am I doing wrong?
