All,
Every time I reboot my [Windows 10] machine, I must Stop the NPVR Service and then Start the NPVR Service before I can tune to any channels. Every time I start the service (after getting the "stopped" popup), I get the following error.

Can you post the logs showing the problem?

just a complete hunch but try (in services) setting the recording service to Automatic (Delayed start)
So what do those logs shows? ie, did you reboot, then try to use live tv, and got an error message that said what?
Without a bit of context, it's hard to know what to look for in those logs.
NEW LOGS ATTACHED
I rebooted, opened NextPVR to the EPG which loaded fine (I didnt even try Kodi live TV) selected a channel from the EPG grid but I didnt get the option to "Watch"
I stopped the service, Opened NextPVR to the EPG, selected a channel from the EGP Grid and I get the option to Watch but clicking it returns

This time I was never able to watch a channel.. I keep getting the the same error. This is when I pulled the logs

I've never seen any reports of this with NextPVR's TV Guide, so I'm sure you must have chosen a future or past show. It'll always show the 'watch' button if the start time was before now, and the end time was after now.
That said, if you can reproduce this, I'm happy to give you patch with more logging to tell use why the watch button isn't showing up.

Did it restart the recording service anyway? If so, I might just need to bump up the time out for machines that might be slower at restarting the recording service, so you don't see this timeout message.

If you run service.msc, and view the detals of the NextPVR Recording Service, is it set to autostart? I'm working if it's set to manual start.
The recording service IS set to autostart.
Upon reboot, the service is "STOPPED"
If I start the service without first stopping it, I get this error and service has started ...

If I try to start it with the above error message still open, the service is started but I get this error

Once I close all error messages and "Start Service" I finally get the services started window.
But, I still must stop the services and start the services on every reboot
