Hi,

Likely best to open a new item (I assume) - similar to this posting,

I'm finding that adding extend time or padding - neither one really extends the recording time.

What version of NEWA are you using?

The changelog seems to say 2.18 ... is that the right place to check? In any case, running the latest server version 3.6.6.
