Full Version: Schedules Direct EPG Incomplete

My setup for Schedules Direct has been working perfectly until today.
I noticed that for 25 out of 63 channels, I'm seeing no information available in the epg.
I've checked the Raw Data from SD and the missing channel's data is present.

I've tried clearing the EPG and then updating but nothing has changed.

Any suggestions for resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Same here - listing for ABC FOX and others missing - partial - this happens on two lineups I have, one ATSC and the other cable provider - maybe Schedules Direct outage?
No logs usually means the problem didn't happen, however since I also use SD I see multiple problems on the SD side and I posted on their forum

Note clearing the guide is no a good idea since NextPVR will not erase stations that have good data when SD does have problems.

I am seeing this as well. It's a bit sporadic. NBC is missing data today and tomorrow, but is fine for Tuesday, while other channels are fine today and missing data later in the week.
Blown up here as well. Sad

(no show details) for:
NBC
FoxNews
Lifetime
WGN
Travel Channel
TruTV
FoxBusiness
LiveWell

Service is Comcast.
SD will show you 30 seconds of raw data from their SD-DD server to help diagnose whether or not the problem is with them or the application.
This is an excerpt from the raw data for one of my missing stations in the epg:

<station id='21218'>

As you can see, the information is there but for some reason, nextPVR is not showing it.
I'm running version nextPVR 3.9.2 on a Windows 10 system.
I don't think it's a Win 10 problem, as my server is running Win 7. Also on 3.9.2.

but as you probably know, NextPVR doesn't use the SD-DD server so that doesn't really even suggest the problem is on the NextPVR side.
Backend problem should be resolved now http://forums.schedulesdirect.org/viewto...2d29#p9536

Good News!
Everything is working now.

There was a backend glitch at SD, which was resolved about an hour ago.
