This keeps repeating all night long. How can I stop it from waking and going back to sleep?

It really depends what is causing it to wake.

Those messages are just NextPVR noting that machine woke up.

Windows is saying Nrecord service is causing it, that's why I looked to the NRecord log. There are no recordings scheduled, the EPG update takes place before sleep time.

I think I found it; I had Kodi on the RPi set to wake servers up on access. Evidently that sends a wake up every 2 minutes.
