For me, the thread created by harry in Bulgaria has a #2 and #3 post but does not have a #1 post ... Plus the "New Posts" list shows ... Last Post: Today 09:13 AM by harry ... and this "Last Post" is not being displayed.

Graham, it looks exactly as it should do for me with correct post numbers #1 & #2 plus shows in New posts.

I added and then deleted a post in the thread and now it's all good for me also. Apologies for wasting everybody's time.

The reason this happened is because harry is brand new user and made a post with a url in it, and the forum marked it as requiring moderation before it'd be shown publicly, in case it's spam. I've now approved that post, so you'll be able to see it.
