My Tuner (AVERTV Volar Hybrid Q) is only showing one audio track, how can I tune the SAP audio on it? Thanks!

Digital TV? If so, Alt-G will show the audio track selection popup.

Analog TV

Sorry, it doesn't support this on analog. I think you're the only person that has ever asked about this in the nearly 10 years NextPVR has existed, so unfortunately adding support for this is very low on my priority list.
