Install is on an odroid XU4 (32bit arm)

Sorry - I didn't see this post when you originally made it. The forum auto hides posts from new users (with less than 10 posts) that contains urls, on the assumption that it's spam. (and I seem to be blind to the little flag it tries to show me for notification)

Can you see if running this helps?
sudo apt install libc6-dev

You could also try installing the libunwind8 and libuuid1 packages too.
