I have tried several time to record shows that run for more than 3 hours however when playing back the show it always ends at 3 hours. The record log seems to indicate it did record the entire show but it is only three hours duration when played back. The record log for Snooker World Grand Prix, as an example, indicates a record time starting at 04:45 and ending at 09:17 yet the recording is only 3 hours long.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm guessing you're recording on a FAT32 drive, and hitting the max file size.

Check the file, and let us know how big it is.

It's 7.5gb

And it's NTFS

Could you zip and upload "Snooker World Grand Prix_20200204_04450915.Timing.Info"

If you play the file in another player, does it report the correct duration?

Where would I find "Snooker World Grand Prix_20200204_04450915.Timing.Info"?

Also when played using VLC it still reports only 3hrs.

What type of device did you record from?
