Any ideas? I'll be watching a channel then it will freeze at a commercial. Lots of IsComplete() errors in the log file during streaming. Thanks in advance.

The IsComplete() bug is a serious issue that was fixed in the 6.1.5 update. It is not related to the PlutoTV extra but it would freeze NextPVR completely from any recording.
There is a possibility of freezing on ad breaks in commercial which can only be fixed by ensuring you are running the current version of streamlink. If the problem continues then you need to report the problem to streamlink as a GitHub issue.
