Hi, followed the links in the wiki and a few other threads but I dont get any download just seems to loop back. Can anyone provide a location for the ZIP file I want to try to install on Fedora.

The issue is probably the links on the forum and non-Linux wiki are often wrong as they should be https but usually the browser but not curl or wget will redirect. Typically but not always the browser will redirect. This should work
https://nextpvr.com/stable/linux/NPVR.zip but you need to install all the dependencies too. Docker is also an option.
