I have a hauppauge wintv go TV board and it works with other Programs, but really want to have this program, does anyone know if there is a download for this program to recognize my board as a compatable board for this program?

This device is not supported by GB-PVR. You might get it to work with this plugin: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=2753 but realistically if you want to use GB-PVR you really need a supported card like the Hauppauge PVR150 etc.
