Poll: Anyone interested in a Trade thread on GBPVR Forum?

Not sure if this is acceptable or legal, or if Sub would let us, but I thought this might be a great community to promote some hardware circulation.

For instance, I desperateley need a Wireless MVP for my bedroom, and have a Dual Tuner Hauppauge PVR-500 going to waste in an anti-static bag. If someone had a Wireless MVP they weren't using, but needed a Tuner... you get the idea.

I'm curiuos to see what others think of this idea, and Sub's feedback of course.

If people put their location in their profiles it would help. I can see some immense postal charges and possible compatibility issues otherwise

I think it's a great idea. Maybe not a thread, but a dedicated section (or subsection of General Discussion).

And a sticky at the top of the new section that says: "if you don't have your location in your profile, your "FS/Wanted thread will be deleted."

You may also want to look at www.byopvr.com. Sub, myself and others of this forum frequent there. It has a pretty popular PVR forum & has this type of section in their forum. May be worth a look, if Sub decides not to do this...

I think it's a good idea too but maybe a disclaimer so sub is not resposible for any possible problems that arise due to a 'misunderstanding'.
