I had a quick look at these skin errors when I was making ICLP 5.0 but got nowere and thought it would be better to create a native PVRX2 version.

I'm sure the fix is quite simple...

Good to hear you have a fix. Not nice in the long term tho, although will be a while before I get around to updating that particular plugin.

one last question is there a way to block extensions such as txt and edl from being seen or to just allow certain extensions ?

I don't think so but to be honest I can't remember, haven't touched it since June.

Although if you want to play with the source look for something like dir.GetFiles() - you can pass this a filter string.

Is anyone using this plugin? I see the plugin in the config but it doesn't do anything in PVRX2. I'm using the Blue skin.

If you post your pvrx2.exe.log it may be something simple.

Had a look at the log file. First problem were some missing icons.

    Code:
40:23.535	VERBOSE	[1]	Skinhelper loading image from file: C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\skin\FilesPlugin\../_CoreImages/ListIcon_Folder.png
    2009-07-01 19:40:23.536	VERBOSE	[1]	Skinhelper loading image from file: C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\skin\FilesPlugin\../_CoreImages/Icon_Folder.png
    2009-07-01 19:40:23.552	VERBOSE	[1]	Skinhelper loading image from file: C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\skin\FilesPlugin\../_CoreImages/Icon_Music.png
    2009-07-01 19:40:23.572	VERBOSE	[1]	Skinhelper loading image from file: C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\skin\FilesPlugin\../_CoreImages/Icon_Video.png

Copied any icon I could find and named it accordingly. Now it runs but not 100%
Few more errors that I can't figure out. Copied the background.jpg and baseskin.xml to skin directory.

    Code:
34	ERROR	[1]	Unable to find named image: /settings/CompositeImages/CompositeImage[@name=""]
2009-07-01 19:40:27.660	ERROR	[1]	Unable to find font node: /settings/TextStyles/TextStyle[@name="ScreenName"]
2009-07-01 19:40:27.660	ERROR	[1]	Unable to find brush node: /settings/TextStyles/TextStyle[@name="ScreenName"]
