After this error, every NPVR attempt to schedule an existing recurring recording fails with either the parsing error or the System.NullReferenceException seen above.
The parsing error always refers to the Hex 0x18 value.

What do I need to do or check to resolve.

Yes 0x2018 was one of the problem characters I identified https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthrea...452#post530452 Right before worker there is a bad character.

4.2.4 is pretty much mandatory for UK DVB users.

Thanks guys. Was planning to update this weekend. Had seen previous post but not appreciated 0x2018 was the same as 0x18 reported in my log.
Have wrestled NPVR from the wife and updated....will see what shows tomorrow after the overnight EPG update.

Update to the latest version seems to have fixed the problem :-)
