Could anyone tell me if it is possible to use a compro videomate 300 with the softwre recording plugin.

I can use the digital side of this card no problem, works great.

I would like to use the analog side of this card to record from sky.

I was going to post the same question so I thought i'd just bump this one..

Have the DVB working fine but would also like to be able to record from sky via S-Video as I've got a control box from heenan.me.uk

No, there is no support for the analog side of this device.

We are just trying to get this card working with the software recording plugin.

I had a compro gold something or other, but I wasn't able to use the software recording plugin. But it could just be my newbiness.

At the moment i can get gbpvr to work in live preview mode with the software recorder plugin and can get it to record, but the recorded file will not play back in gbpvr. I can play the file using powerdvd but it has no audio.
