When I upgrade on top of 14, I get the following .NET Framework Error as config tries to start at the end of the install.

Can someone with this problem please try http://www.gbpvr.com/GBPVR09516.msi to confirm it is ok, then let me know. When I get confirmation, I'll close this thread and make the new release announcement thread.
