checkbox in config to temporarily disable loading of plugins

Hi,

when upgrading or having a problem of some sort it would be very useful to have a checkbox in config to temporarily disable loading of plugins.

Or that a file nopluginloading.txt in the GBPVR folder.

This meaning We can do a fast test of GBPVR as basic without having to remove all the plugin dlls - whenever needed.

This is a good idea. I'll add it in the next release.
