Generally, I love using comskip with GBPVR. But GBPVR has a tendency to skip the last part of a show after the last commercial. It would be nice if there was an option that said if the apparent length of the comercial was longer than X, e.g., 4 minutes, i.e., there was more time remaining in the show than X, and this was the last comercial break of the show, that the show should continue to play and not skip the commercial. Seems simple enough to implement.

You can disable the deletion of the show part after the last commercial.
set
delete_show_after_last_commercial=0
in your comskip.ini file.

If the fraction of the recording from the start of the last commercial till the end of the recording is less then 15% then the part after the commercial is skipped. Otherwise it is assumed to be part of the show.
If you want to retain more of the last part the you can add postpadding to increase the size of the last part to ensure it is not deleted

I left mine at delete_show_after_last_commercial=1, then added 3 minutes of post padding. Works perfectly.
You can never have enough tuners!

Are you sure the timeline is correct with the file? The pvr150 drivers have bugs that set the duration on many files inaccurately. Sometimes they are just off by a few minutes, sometimes off by hours. The problem you describe is what will happen when the file's timeline is off by just a little... skipping works fine until your skip takes the player past the the duration the file says it is.

If this is your problem, there are a couple recent threads about how to fix these files. Check out the recent on in the Community Announcements forum, or check the wiki.
