What is CommonGBPVRUtilities.dll?

I've noticed that a lot of plugins require commonGBPVRUtilities.dll

What is it and what happens when say I install the weather plugin, then install the cd player plugin each of which has a commonDBPVRUtilities.dll.

Won't one write over the other breaking the other one?

commonGBPVRUtilities.dll is something I wrote to provide a nuyber of helper utilities to plug-ins. If you install the weather plug-in, video archive, or music player using their setup programs, they will not overwrite a newer version with an older version. If you simply extract files from a zip file, you will need to ensure that you do not overwrite a new version with an old one.
