I was just wondering if anyone knows of a possibility to convert DVD-AC3 Sound to Dolby-Surround-MP3s?
This would be great for watching movies on the MVP.

In the meantime i found that a tool called "HeadAC3he" is capable of encoding Dolby Surround audio, or a combination of SoftEncode and DSEnc.

Would be great if VideoArchive- or XDVD-Plugins could somehow make use of that, what do you guys think?

Oh, i just found that BeSweet, used by VideoArchive, is capable of encoding ProLogicII Audio.
Does VideoArchive already make use of that?

(Probably i'm asking stupid questions which can be answered by just installing and configuring the plugin, but i'm not at home right now and i am impatient a bit Big Grin)

And if yes, does anybody have experiences with that and the resulting quality?
