I have been looking around for USB DVB sticks, and have come upon this little module. I downloaded the drivers for it to see if they were BDA drivers, and in one of the .inf files, it says:

Installation inf file for DVB-T USB adapter BDA driver

Now, assuming this is a proper BDA driver, does this mean that it will work with gbpvr straight out of the box, or might I need to modify some files to get it up and running?

It is currently only £32.63 plus delivery (£1.99) from http://www.venuscc.com/acatalog/TV_Cards.html

So if it should work then I will get one and post whether it works or not.... otherwise, I'll just go for a freecom one which other people have got working.

It should work, but since you're the first person to try this device (that I know of), you'd need to add a section to the bda.ini file which provides the correct filter names for this device.

Well I am currently no closer to determining if this USB2 device will work or not, as I ordered the mobility version and received the mini version. The mini version doesn't have BDA drivers for it.

I got in touch with the supplier and they told me that the mobility version isn't available in this country at the moment and they put the info on the site based on the part number (PD300), which is the same for both devices.

I have managed to modify the mobility driver from the company website so that it installs, but there is no software available to download for that version, so further modification will be necessary..... when I have more time.
